Still have not made the progress I want to

I think the title of the post says it all. I have spent years and years and have not done much with programming. At least this year I finally got a terrible game made. Right now I want to learn assembly and python. I think its fun to learn about registers and all the innards of the computer. I hope to write some code soon.

I have not posted in a long time

My cames are unplayable because I have never made a game but, I hope that changes though if it does it I am sure no one will mind. Just a short post today

Its April 8 isn't that great

I thought why not start writing blog posts again. Even though said blog posts are unreadable. Since the name of this blog is programming diary. At least I hope that is the name. I will write about programming or my lack of programming ok, mostly lack of programming. I want to learn python, pharo and hla. Python so I use it with blender. Pharo because I like smalltalk. And hla because I want to learn about all the cool things like registers, addressing modes, etc.

This year was going to be the year that I was going to write code like made but, instead I have been going mad because yet another years has past and I have written no programs of my own design. Every year I say I want to program and never write a single line of my own code.

I hope this year will be different.

Still have not

Made anything yet. Though I am excited about creating games its just that creating games will be hard and I am not sure that I can do it but, I will give it my best shot. Yes, indeed I have got myself all excited about making my own computer games that I am sure no one will play but, I will enjoy making them and say at least that I wanted to program games and I programmed games.

Nothing exciting

to write about because I have not done much programming I hope that will change.

I have done some programming

but, nothing finished yet. I have mostly been reading a book on making computer games. I was thinking why not give myself a year to make a computer game because that is how long it will probably take to make my first game. But then I would have made one computer game and that is better than no video games made which is the number I am at now.

I am doing

a little programming everyday so I hope this keeps up. Then one day I might actually make a program that I will want to share with the world. Or not. Who knows.
